010 - Pigment
Description
Pigment
Like a crystal defragmenting a spectrum of light, we celebrate all the colors visible to the human eye. We explore them and study them from a different angle, examining their importance in the world of food. We work with fresh fruit and vegetables from the market, creating our own repertoire and color chart. Bright and pastel colors are in the spotlight; like brushstrokes on a white canvas, they come to life on our pages. Honoring the union of nature and humanity, they swirl in a dazzling fresco that splashes the eyes and taste buds.
